This national wake-up calls for the urgence and immediate defining plans of execution to - "revitalize youth education with measurable and accountable programs."

The Department of Education defines a underserved youth as - "low income, under-represented minority, and first generation students performing at the lowest academic levels, dropping out of school more often, and enroll in post secondary institutions at lower percentages than their white, middle class peers." However, the recent 14th global ranking of the education system, has clearly established all American youth are underserved in comparison to the global environment and disadvantaged to effectively compete in the near-future international socioeconomic forum. The need to 'Build Minds for the Future' is an immediate cause affecting American culture - with hope, growth and prosperity, now and in the future relevant to this Information Age. We are accountable for elevating our recent 14th (OECD) ranking of youth education, to global leadership.  We focus on empowering youth with skills to effectively compete in this Information Age, versus the outdated Industrial Revolution era from 1712 to 1942. We have a participatory commitment to our American culture, empowering underserved youth with foundational consequential decision-making skills. In addition, we empower underserved youth with the certification of basic Microsoft skills coupled with marketable bilingual skills (Spanish and English) before their graduation.  We aim to empower underserved youth with the educational resources to earn between 5 and 20 percent more per hour than the average entry-level pay; and to being subjected to the economic opportunity of the 67 percent of all employers having the opinion that Microsoft certification simplifies their hiring and advancement decisions. Our program promotes more desirable drive in the youth to obtain his or her high school diploma and pursue a higher education or career in the pursuit of the realistic and obtainable American dream.

Unique Methodology

Our unique methodology empowers underserved youth with both critical thinking and consequential decision-making foundational preparatory skills for this Information Age. This methodology enriches each underserved youth with marketable skills, providing economic opportunities, personal and community growth.  Our objective is to empower underserved youth with a foundation premised upon consequential decision-making with marketable bilingual skills (Spanish and English), integrated with a technical certification (such as a Microsoft Office Specialist - Certification) before graduation, greatly enhancing their community value and affording  the opportunity into becoming above-average productive members of society.
