Roy Perez - Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Roy Perez has an extensive background with more than 20 years experience in social services and non-profit organizations. For the past twenty years, Mr. Perez has been actively involved
in many areas of services, including, but not limited to criminal justice, social services, mental health, homeless intervention and education.
Mr. Perez designed and initiated two successful non-profit educational enrichment programs for underserved children, youth and families in San Francisco and the Bay Area, California. His professional
experience includes expertise in finance, business development, non-profit/corporate and government communications as well as educational development.
Mr. Perez’s strengths include strategic positioning and operational planning, donor development, grant writing and acquisition and development of community alliances.
Before attending college he served four years in the Marine Corps. He graduated with two B.A. degrees from the University of Texas and an M.A. from Sul Ross State University.
